Happy New Year! With a new year comes an exciting synergy of limitless possibilities and a fresh start. But before I dive headfirst into 2018, I decided to take a look back at my most popular blog posts from 2017. I pulled the stats and was happy to see that some of my favorite blog posts were also your favorites! These three blog posts received the most views in 2017!
It’s Spring Break season here in South Florida! The beaches and bars are overflowing with college students. All native South Floridians know to stay as far way from A1A and the beach during this time of year. If you can’t go to the beach in South Florida, what else is there to do? Plenty!!!
Today, I’m here to share with you a list of interesting none ocean related things to do in South Florida. With the help of Groupon, I have crafted a list of recommendations for visitors and those who live locally.
If you haven’t notice, I love gifts! My favorite gifts to receive and give are personalized gifts!
My favorite part of the gift giving experience is seeing the happy smiling face of the recipient of my gift. My second favorite part is when someone exclaims, “Where on earth did you get that”? Gift giving has always to been easy for me. And I want it to be easy for you too!
So I created this gift guide for those of you that struggle with gift giving, but want to improve your gift giving skills. I want you to get “ohs and ahs” the next time you give a gift. Buying unique and memorable gifts doesn’t have to be hard, you just need to know where to shop. These are some of my most beloved websites for personalized gifts.
When life (or your cousin) gives you a bag of mangos, make Mango Margaritas!
This refreshing cocktail is my all-time favorite summer cocktail to make at home. It literally take about 5 minutes to make a whole pitcher worth. It’s the perfect cocktail for sitting pool side in sunny South Florida.
1 large ripe mango
1/2 cup of tequila
2 tablespoons of agave
1 cup of ice
Cut up the mango into chunks
Place all other ingredients into a blender
Squeeze the juice of half of a lime into the blender
Pulse the blender until mixture is smooth
Pour mixture into a glass and serve
The best part about this recipe is that you can tweak it to your personal taste buds. If you like it sweeter add more agave. If you like it stronger add more tequila. this recipe makes enough for two servings. For a pitcher worth double the recipe. Cheers!
